Juta Asia Corp and CapitaLand to hold a preview for genKL condos
Property developer Juta Asia Corp and Singapore’s CapitaLand will hold a preview for the genKL condominium development, which comprises 332 units, in Kuchai Lama at Bangsar South this weekend, said CapitaLand Malaysia in a press release on behalf of both parties.
The 30-storey freehold high rise tower is a joint venture between Juta Asia and CapitaLand with a gross development value (GDV) of RM362 million.
Priced from RM738 psf, the units will have built-ups of 1,150 sq ft onwards.
genKL will also feature seven units of 3-storey villas that come with a pool view, ventilated lawn and garden walk.
“The property aims to bridge generation gaps and bring families closer together as the younger generation are more aware of the need to live near their parents in order to take care of them. As such, genKL was designed to house multigenerational families under one roof while still preserving privacy to the family through a selection of dual-key apartments,” said CapitaLand.
According to the statement, each unit is fitted with timber flooring and equipped with air-conditioning units. Most of the bathrooms also come with water heaters.
“The kitchen comes with kitchen cabinets equipped with cooking essentials including a hood, hob and oven,” the group noted.
Among the facilities include a 50m infinity lap pool, a landscaped viewing deck that looks out to the terrace walkway, an outdoor fitness corner and indoor gym, as well as a playground and a playroom for kids.
The group also noted that genKL has good accessibility and is surrounded by other amenities.
“Residents can easily access genKL via several highways such as the Federal Highway, Shah Alam Highway (KESAS) and the New Pantai Expressway (NPE). These highways also lead to Old Klang Road, a well-established neighbourhood, and Mid Valley Megamall where international retail brands, restaurants, and entertainment outlets are present,” the group added.
