CPI Land is upping the ante with innovative products and offerings.
The boutique developer is introducing two new projects, Tuan 2egacy and Dian Residency 2, following the success of its earlier developments, Tuan Residency and Dian Residency.
Tuan 2egacy, located in Kuala Lumpur is poised to continue the legacy of Tuan Residency, said the company's director, Chung Shan Tat.
Chung said the new project aspires to give homeowners the nostalgia of Old Malaya through the amplification of the Colonial and Peranakan facade while providing contemporary conveniences.
Tuan 2egacy will offer a total of 596 residential units sitting on 3.04 acres.
Chung said in a statement the project is open for registration this month.
Dian Residency 2, a follow-up of Dian Residency located in Shah Alam will offer homeowners modern contemporary luxury homes set in centuries-old Balinese themed architecture.
The project is expected to be launched next year and fully completed in 2026.
CPI Land has been focusing on creating perfection through innovation.
In fact, the company recently bagged three awards, winning two categories in high-rise development and the People's Choice Award for Best Developers at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards (iDEA) 2021.
In the high-rise development category, CPI Land had been recognised for the architectural excellence of its unique colonial and Peranakan-themed Tuan Residency, and the value in quality and affordability of its contemporary and smart Dian Residency, attaining the Best Completed High-Rise Development and Best Value High-Rise Development awards respectively.
